The State Student Admission Commission (SSAC) will hold today the second stage of entrance examination for master’s degree at universities and ANAS for 2016/17 academic year in Baku, Ganja and Nakhchivan.

The examination will be held in 16 examination centres. The examination will start at 13:00 in all buildings, an hour and half are given to the applicants for answering the exam questions. The applicants should submit ID card and “Applicants exam admission form”.

In the second stage, bachelors will be presented 50 tests including 5 open type tests (bachelors will take a written examination on some programs). Each correct answer will bring 1 point, and incorrect answers will not affect the result of correct ones.

Program selection for bachelors who successfully passed the first stage of the entrance examination was held from May 3 to 10. 9,061 bachelors selected and confirmed the admission program. 8,142 of them will take an examination on the Azerbaijani sector and 919 on the Russian sector. 3,299 of the bachelors are boys and 5,762 are girls. 5,045 are the current year’s graduates, and 4,016 are the previous year’s graduates. 32 of them are foreign citizens.

60 examination heads, 677 examiners will be involved in the exams.

The selection of specialties will be held via internet from June 9 to 19, 2016.
