The rally, which the Armenian separatists have been working for for 10 days, finally took place today in the center of the city of Khankendi.
Axar.az reports that all means were used to ensure the mass of the rally. As in the action of September 2, Russian billionaire Ruben Vardanyan, who was sent to Karabakh, "opened his wallet" again.
Ordinary Armenians living in Khankendi were forced to come to the rally, otherwise they were threatened with dismissal. Everyone was asked to participate in the action with their children.
Vardanyan, along with the "reward", also took over the transportation costs of those who came from Khankendi. Thus, 30-40 dollars were distributed to each of the participants depending on the distance, fuel was distributed to those who came from around Khankendi and other regions of Karabakh under the control of Russian peacekeepers, and those who did not have a car were provided with buses.
Another noteworthy issue is the participation of illegal armed gangs in the rally in order to crowd the action. They were asked to wear civilian clothes and participate in the action. However, many armed separatists joined the rally in military uniform and shouted slogans (photo is presented).
