President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on additional measures to ensure the functioning of the Alat-free economic zone.

Axar.az informs that according to the decree "On the creation and organization of the activity of the Alat free economic zone" of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 1032 dated May 22, 2020, the Alat free economic zone located in the administrative territory of Garadagh district of Baku city 23.74 hectares of the state-owned part of the land plot specified in the land-use plan in the annexe to this order was given to the authorized agency of the Alat free economic zone with a one-time, free and permanent right of use.

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the authorized body of the Alat free economic zone and "Baku International Sea Trade Port" Closed Joint Stock Company must resolve the issues arising from this Order.
