If the Zangezur project is successfully implemented, it will be a vital corridor connecting the region's countries to Central Asia.
Axar.az reports that Numan Gurtulmush, the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkiye, told reporters on the plane while returning from Azerbaijan, where he traveled to participate in the 14th plenary session of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly.
"If the Zangezur project can be completed successfully, it will be a very vital corridor that will connect not only Azerbaijan but also Armenia, Iran, Turkiye, and Georgia through the Caucasus to Central Asia. Within the framework of the win-win principle, this will be of great benefit to Armenians. By explaining these things, we should continue on our way by saving Armenia from the shadow of the Armenian diaspora," Gurtulmush said.
