Another 33 families (137 people) have been relocated to the city of Khojaly.
Axar.az reports 15 families (65 people) departed from Baku; 7 families (30 people) from Goranboy district; 3 families (12 people) from Absheron district; 2 families (7 people) from Aghjabadi district; 2 families (6 people) from Sumgayit; 1 family (6 people) from Ganja; 1 family (5 people) from Gobustan district; 1 family (4 people) from Shirvan; and 1 family (3 people) from Mingachevir.
Including today’s relocation, the total number of families resettled in the city of Khojaly will reach 85 (341 people).
It should be noted that currently, more than 40,000 people live in Karabakh and East Zangezur. This includes former internally displaced persons who have been relocated there, as well as those involved in projects being implemented in the region, employees of local branches of various state institutions, and workers in newly reopened healthcare, education, culture, tourism, industry, and energy enterprises.
