According to the information, special forces and investigators raided the office in Luzhniki:
“They confiscated documents and did not allow employees to leave the office.”
It should be noted that Railgo belongs to Rahman Khalilov, who is originally from Azerbaijan. The company is engaged in the transportation of oil products through the Black Sea, including from Azerbaijan. Rahman Khalilov is the son of the Russian oligarch of Azerbaijani origin, Iskander Khalilov.
