Axar.az reports that these remarks were made by Rustem Umerov, Secretary of Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council.

“We are working as intensively as possible. The purpose of the Ukrainian delegation’s visit to the U.S. was to obtain complete information regarding Russia’s proposals and to gather relevant suggestions for the settlement of peace,” he stated.

It is noted that Rustem Umerov is leading the Ukrainian delegation in discussions on the U.S. peace plan.
