Ilham Aliyev approves MoU on Azerbaijan Iran e-security co-op

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree approving the memorandum of understanding on e-security cooperation signed between Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Communication and High Technologies and Iran’s Ministry of Information and Communications Technology on 7 August 2016.


The Ministry of Communication and High Technologies is due to fulfill provisions of the memorandum.

Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs is due to send a notification to the Iranian government once the necessary domestic procedures for the memorandum to enter into force are done.
