President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has issued an order on the application of the law “On amendments to the Migration Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan” dated to May 6, 2016 and amendments to the decree on amendments to the decree dated July 8, 2013 on application of law on confirmation, entry into force of Migration Code of Azerbaijan and legal regulation on it dated July 2, 2008.

The term of “spheres of activity” of the article #64.0.8-1 means shipbuilding activity by resident of Garadagh Industrial Park and its Azerbaijani citizen or contractor which is legal entity established in Azerbaijan, term of “specialists” means specialists with higher education in shipbuilding sphere or vocational training on relevant specialty and minimum 1-year of experience in this sphere invited by that resident of Garadagh Industrial Park and its Azerbaijani citizen or contractor which is legal entity established in Azerbaijan.

The Cabinet of Ministers is to develop proposals on conforming the laws and acts of the president to the law on “Amendments to the Migration Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan” within three months, provide conforming normative legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers to that law within three months, control conforming the normative legal acts of the central executive power bodies to that law and inform the president about its fulfilment within 5 months.

The Ministry of Justice is provide conforming the normative legal acts and normative acts of the central executive power bodies to the law on “Amendments to the Migration Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan” and inform the Cabinet of Ministers about it.
