In the regions of Azerbaijan, from the evening of September 16 to the 21st, intermittent rain and lightning are expected; in some places, heavy and intense rainfall is expected, hail is expected, and in high mountainous areas, rain will turn into sleet.

It is expected that the water level in rivers will increase, and some mountain rivers will experience short-term floods.
