The Supreme Courts of Azerbaijan and China have signed a memorandum on cooperation.

The document provides for the organization of mutual visits of judges with the aim of building and improving cooperation between the judicial systems of the two countries, experience exchange in the implementation of judicial reforms and court governance. The memorandum was signed as part of a visit of chairman of Azerbaijan`s Supreme Court Ramiz Rzayev to China on the invitation of president of the Supreme People's Court and Chief Grand Justice Zhou Qiang.

Speaking before the signing ceremony, Ramiz Rzayev and Zhou Qiang stressed the importance of cooperation between the two countries. They also gave detailed information about the judicial reforms implemented in Azerbaijan and China.
