As we reported, while returning from Moscow to Azerbaijan tonight, the Azerbaijani athlete Kamil Zeynalli was detained at the Domodedovo airport at the request of Armenia.

Axar.az reports that a copy of the indictment against Kamil Zeynalli has been published.

The indictment states that K. Zeynalli violated 149.1.1., 135.1.1., 135.6.1., 135.11.1., 140.2.2 of the CM in Armenia. and charged with articles 147.1.

The mentioned articles of the Criminal Code of Armenia include:

Article 135 (Crimes against humanity):

- 135.1.1. - murder

- 135.6.1. – torture

135.11.1. - other inhuman acts that seriously damage human health or cause severe suffering.

Article 140 of the Criminal Code (Military crimes using prohibited methods of waging war):

- 140.2.2. Giving an order or threatening to give an order not to spare anyone during an international armed conflict or a non-international armed conflict.

147.1

- Recruiting mercenaries, organizing mercenary training camps, teaching or learning mercenary skills, financing mercenaries, using mercenaries in armed conflict or hostilities, or participating as mercenaries in armed conflict or hostilities or acts of concerted violence make.

Article 149 (Rape)

- 149.1. 1. Planning, preparation, initiation or execution of aggression by a person who directs or controls or directs the political or military operations of the State.
