A new galaxy has been discovered

Italian astronomer Giuseppe Donatello discovered a new ultra-dwarf galaxy near the Andromeda galaxy.

Axar.az reports with reference to foreign media that observations have revealed traces of the primordial universe in the dwarf Pegasus V galaxy.

At the same time, the researchers found that this galaxy has very few heavy elements compared to similar dwarf galaxies. This means that it was formed at the very beginning of the creation of the Universe after the Big Bang.

Astrophysicists used data from the larger 8.1-meter telescope to study the new galaxy.
