Twitter decision from Musk: deal canceled

The head of "Tesla" and "SpaceX" Elon Musk has canceled the $44 billion agreement on Twitter.

Axar.az reports that a notification has already been sent to the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

In the notice, Musk announced that he had officially canceled the contract by letter, citing violations of several provisions.
