Google was fined 2 billion rubles

The Federal Antimonopoly Service imposed a fine of 2 billion rubles on Google for its opaque and biased activities related to the blocking of YouTube accounts and the distribution of content.

Axar.az reports that TASS reported on this.

"As a result of an administrative investigation, FAX Russia imposed a fine of 2 billion rubles ($34,886,073.22) on Google for violating antitrust laws. The company must pay the fine within two months from the date of entry into force of the document," the agency said in a statement.
