China banned American chips

China's State Digital Regulator has banned national operators of critical information infrastructure from buying products from US chipmaker Micron Technology.

Axar.az reports that the Chinese State Digital Regulator has released information about this.

According to information, during the audit, it was determined that the company's products pose a threat to national cyber security:

"The inspection showed that Micron products have quite serious potential problems related to network security and affect China's national security."
