India seizes three Iranian-linked oil tankers

The Indian Coast Guard said it had seized three Iranian-linked oil tankers during an operation.

Axar.az reports that the information was published by the Azad Iran Telegram channel.

According to the information, Indian ships detained three tankers that violated international sanctions and were engaged in illegal oil smuggling. Local media noted that these tankers belong to the same company and were added to the US sanctions list in 2025.

The analytical platform "TankerTrackers" announced that the tankers detained by India were the ships "Stellar Ruby", "Al Jafzia", and "Asphalt Star", which are on the US sanctions list.
