Axar.az reports citing TASS.

According to sources, Hamas is ready to release several hostages, including Israeli soldier Idan Alexander, a US citizen, in exchange for a ceasefire during the Eid al-Fitr holiday.

It was stated that the radicals need a several-day ceasefire to suppress the protests of Palestinians against Hamas rule in Gaza.

Recall that in the month of Ramadan, Arab countries celebrate Eid al-Fitr after the end of fasting.
