Russia sends rescuers to Myanmar after quake

On the instructions of President Vladimir Putin, the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations has sent 120 rescuers on two planes to Myanmar to eliminate the consequences of the earthquake.

Axar.az reports that the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations has published a statement on this.

It should be noted that the previous day, Myanmar was hit by successive devastating earthquakes of magnitude 7.7 and 6.4. According to the latest information, 1,002 people died and 2,376 were injured as a result of the earthquake.
