A 5.2 magnitude earthquake struck two kilometers from the capital of Myanmar, Naypyidaw.

Axar.az informs that foreign media outlets reported on this.

It was noted that the tremors occurred at 15:50 local time.

It should be noted that the previous day, Myanmar was hit by successive devastating earthquakes of magnitude 7.7 and 6.4. According to the latest information, 1,002 people died and 2,376 were injured as a result of the earthquake.
