Ukraine does not need foreign rule, the country has a legitimate government that must be respected.

Axar.az reports that UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said these words in response to Russian President Vladimir Putin's proposal to create an interim government in Ukraine.

It should be noted that Vladimir Putin previously stated that the current government in Ukraine is not legitimate, and that international experience allows for the creation of an interim administration that will operate under international auspices. In his opinion, this will allow for new elections, the formation of a functioning government that has gained the trust of the people, and it will be possible to negotiate a peace agreement with it.
