Axar.az reports that, to date, 3,785 stores have been closed in 39 countries most affected by the virus.

In recent years, Zara online stores have also opened in a number of African and Caribbean countries, allowing the company to cover 106 markets. The company notes that online stores continue to operate in all markets on a full-time basis. It is unknown at this time what losses will result from the closure of Inditex Group's stores.

It is known that sales in Spain account for 15.7% of the company's turnover, in the rest of Europe - 46%, in the United States - 15.8%, and sales in Asia - 22.5%. From February 1 to March 16, sales of Inditex brands fell by about 25 percent.
