Facebook opens office in Turkey

Facebook and Instagram will open offices in Turkey.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Turkish Deputy Transport and Infrastructure Minister Omer Fateh Sayan. "I want to give good news to our citizens the day before the ban on advertising.

"Facebook and Instagram have announced that they will open a representative office in our country in accordance with the law 7253 (on the regulation of social networks), which came into force on October 1, 2020," he said.
