Two banks will merge

“Atrabank” and “Qafqaz Inkishaf Banki” will merge.

"Atrabank's press service reported about it.

President Ilham Aliyev’s instructions and recommendations remediate the banking sector. One of the main way is consolidating of the banks.

"Atrabank" and " Qafqaz Inkishaf Banki " shareholders have decided to merge.

According to law, this issue should be resolved in court. Therefore, the banks have applied to the court and the court on February 18, has decided to merge the two banks ".
