In Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, some areas may experience drizzle during the night and morning of October 15–16.

Axar.az reports according to the National Hydrometeorology Service, on October 16, the weather is expected to be partly cloudy and variable, mostly dry. The northeast wind will switch to a mild northwest wind in the evening.

Temperatures will range from 14–17°C at night and 19–22°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will rise from 764 mmHg to 767 mmHg. Relative humidity will be 80–85% at night and 60–65% during the day.

Across Azerbaijan, the weather will be mostly dry. However, some eastern districts may see rain at night and in the morning, and scattered rain with thunderstorms is expected in most districts towards the evening. In some places, heavy rain and hail are possible. Occasional fog may occur in some areas. A mild east wind will blow.

Temperatures will range from 10–15°C at night and 20–25°C during the day, while in the mountains, temperatures will be 2–6°C at night and 8–13°C during the day.
