On July 16, the temperature in some places in Azerbaijan is expected to reach 40 degrees.

Axar.az was informed about this by the National Hydrometeorological Service.

It was reported that the weather conditions in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula are expected to be rainless tomorrow. The north-west wind will be replaced by south-east wind during the day. The air temperature will be 20 - 25 degrees at night and 33 - 38 degrees during the day. Atmospheric pressure will be 757 mm Hg below normal. Relative humidity will be 60 - 65% at night and 35 - 40% during the day.

It is expected that the weather will be mostly rainless in the regions of Azerbaijan. However, there is a possibility of short-term rain and lightning in some mountainous areas during the daytime hours. There will be light fog in some places at night and in the morning. A moderate east wind will blow.

The temperature will be 21 - 26° at night, 33 - 38° during the day, up to 40° in some places, 12 - 17° at night, 20 - 25° during the day.
