Israel authorizes new strikes on Iran and Lebanon

Israeli Defense Minister, Israel Katz announced that he and IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir have officially authorized a new set of strike targets across Iran and Lebanon.

Axar.az reports, citing Times of Israel, that during the briefing, Katz revealed that the Israeli Air Force has deployed more than 15,000 bombs against Iranian targets since the conflict began.

This staggering figure represents a fourfold increase over the total munitions used during the entire 12-day war in June 2025, underscoring the unprecedented scale of the current aerial campaign.
