Israel shifts ground operations toward Bint Jbeil

Israeli forces have intensified their encirclement of the Lebanese town of Bint Jbeil, with ongoing military activity reported in the area.

Axar.az reports that, citing Ynet, the Israeli military has shifted the focus of its ground operations toward Bint Jbeil, a key Hezbollah stronghold near the Israeli border.

According to the report, Israeli forces have been advancing from surrounding border areas, including Yaroun, Maroun al-Ras, and Aitaroun, in an effort to cut the town off from multiple directions as part of a broader operational push.

Additional operations have also been reported in nearby villages, with continued activity aimed at tightening control over access routes to the area.
