On April 14, a Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between SOCAR and the Belarusian State Concern for Oil and Chemistry ( “Belneftekhim”), SOCAR told.

Axar.az reports that the document has been signed by the president of SOCAR Rovnag Abdullayev and the chairman of the “Belneftekhim” Andrei Rybakov.

The memorandum envisages expanding the opportunities of the parties in the field of production and sale of oil and oil products.
