Caspian Shipping Company increases authorized capital

The authorized capital of Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping CJSC will be increased by almost 15 percent – from 383.42 million Azerbaijani manats to 440.05 million manats, according to a decision on the amendments to the company’s charter of the country’s Cabinet of Ministers.

As a result, total number of the company’s shares will increase from 383,420,621 to 440,050,998 (one manat per share).

Therefore, total volume of additional issue of shares will be 56.63 million worth 56.63 million manats.
